Raji leads by example. Whether she is building businesses, supporting her community, or volunteering through her church, her values are evident in every endeavor. She is driven by purpose and guided by a desire to create opportunities that uplift individuals and communities alike.

Recognizing a critical need for supportive housing, Raji collaborated with investors to establish 3Faces Ranch — a state-licensed residential care home serving mentally disabled adults and homeless veterans. As needs evolved, the organization transitioned into a short-term rental model for working professionals, demonstrating adaptability and forward-thinking leadership.

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, Raji expanded the vision of 3Faces Ranch by developing a community-based agricultural food co-op and petting zoo. Supported by dedicated volunteers, this initiative created a shared space for connection, sustainability, and hands-on learning — benefiting families and the broader community.

Raji has also made a significant impact working with justice-impacted individuals, facilitating court-approved life skills courses and partnering with justice agencies to implement cognitive behavioral programs that support successful reentry. Her passion for health and wellness led to a collaboration with a leading Southern California physician, offering an integrative approach combining traditional medicine with alternative healing therapies.
